Here’s what caught investor attention this week:

Oracle (ORCL) jumped after the company reported strong quarterly results, including 44% year-over-year growth in total cloud revenue and 84% growth in its cloud infrastructure segment. The surge was driven largely by demand for AI computing capacity and large infrastructure contracts tied to training and running AI models.

Investor Bill Ackman filed to list his hedge fund firm Pershing Square (PSHZF) on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction will involve a dual listing structure where Pershing Square’s common shares and the shares of its closed-end fund, Pershing Square USA (PSUS) will both trade on the NYSE.

UiPath (PATH) plunged on Thursday despite beating estimates with its Q4 results. Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.30 topped estimates by $0.05, while revenue rose 13.5% Y/Y to $481.1M, exceeding forecasts by $16.3M. For Q1 FY2027, UiPath expects revenue of $395M–$400M (vs. $393.36M consensus), ARR of $1.894B–$1.899B, and non-GAAP operating income of about $80M.

Hims & Hers (HIMS) saw its stock surge about 41% after the company announced a partnership with Novo Nordisk (NVO), the maker of blockbuster weight-loss drugs Ozempic and Wegovy. As part of the deal, Novo Nordisk dropped its lawsuit against HIMS and agreed to allow its medications to be sold through HIMS’ telehealth platform, easing legal risks and opening a new growth channel for the company.

Adobe (ADBE) shares slipped after the company reported its first quarter fiscal 2026 financial results and announced that CEO Shantanu Narayen plans to step down from the position he’s held for 18 years. For the quarter ended February 27, Adobe reported adjusted earnings per share of $6.06 versus the consensus estimate of $5.87. Revenue for the first quarter increased 12% year over year to $6.4B, which was more than the $6.28B consensus.

The Dutch AI infrastructure provider said the collaboration will support the deployment of more than 5 gigawatts of Nvidia systems by 2030.

Micron Technology (MU) shares jumped nearly 17% over the week amid bullish views from brokerages ahead of its second quarter results. Citi maintained its Buy rating on Micron Technology (MU) and increased the price target on the stock to $430 from $385, citing surging memory prices and AI demand. Wedbush Securities also reiterated its Outperform rating and raised its price target to $500 from $320, citing stronger-than-expected pricing. Micron is slated to report its second quarter results on March 18.

Centene (CNC) fell ~21% over the week after the managed care firm’s CEO, Sarah London, presented at the Barclays Healthcare Conference, flagging continuing headwinds in its operations in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace. London stated that consistent with the company’s prior expectation of a high-teens to mid-30% drop, CNC expects the ACA membership decline to be “at the higher end of that and possibly higher than the top end of that” by the end of the year.

NIO (NIO) reported its first operating profit and strong revenue growth in Q4, posting a non-GAAP operating profit of RMB1.25B and total revenue of about RMB87.5B, driven by higher deliveries and a stronger mix of newer models.

Fertilizer stocks, Mosaic (MOS), Nutrien (NTR) and CF Industries (CF), rose as the Middle East war continues to disrupt fertilizer shipments through the Strait of Hormuz. More than a third of global fertilizer trade moves through the waterway, and disruptions are hitting during the spring planting season.

The stock had dropped 6% during early Friday morning and is trading around lows not seen since early 2019. It had dropped as much as 8.4% during early trading, which marked its biggest intraday decline in a year.

The software giant also revealed that its long-time CEO, Shantanu Narayen, plans to step down from the position he’s held for 18 years.

Most financial analysts were impressed by the results and connected the drop to slightly slowing annual recurring revenue growth.

“The knee-jerk reaction of the stock is often to trade off of the ARR figure, a metric that is rarely-if-ever disclosed by mega-cap software companies, and investors often struggle when they assess this metric,” said J.P. Morgan analysts, led by Mark Murphy, in a Friday investor note. “In our view, 10.9% ARR growth on a $20B+ book of business is not aligned with the skeptical market narrative, which seems to assume that Adobe is being outright displaced by AI, but rather a business that continues to scale, further evidenced by a likely overlooked acceleration in subscription and total revenue growth, a point investors might not be appreciating enough considering how Software has traded over the last 6 months.”

J.P. Morgan reiterated its Overweight rating but reduced its price target to $420 from $520.

“Overall, while we acknowledge that Total ARR is a tick below consensus, we come away from the Q1 results constructive as some of the company’s freemium and AI products are gaining traction and driving MAU growth, which will ultimately drive ARR growth,” Murphy added.

Meanwhile, RBC Capital Markets maintained its Outperform rating and lowered its price target to $400 from $430.

“While headline and secondary metrics are pointing in the right direction, Total ARR decelerated to 10.9% or 11.2% when removing the Adobe Stock headwind,” said RBC analysts, led by Matthew Swanson, in a note. “Total ARR growth guidance for the full-year remains 10.2% which points to additional slowdown throughout the year. Management gave a number of positive secondary metrics around GenAI ARR, impressive MAU growth, increased consumption credit utilization and growth in RPO but a re-accelerating total ARR remains the primary focus for investors who are trying to figure out the net impact of GenAI.”

RBC said it is waiting for the upcoming Adobe Summit 2026 event for more details regarding ARR related to generative AI, partner announcements, and enterprise deployments. The Summit will be held from April 20-22 in Las Vegas.

Morgan Stanley retained its Equal-weight rating and reduced its price target to $365 from $425, but they also highlighted stabilization as revenue growth accelerated quarter over quarter, monthly average users increased by 50% year over year, and Firefly ARR surged 75% quarter over quarter.

“The loss of an iconic leader at a time of peak uncertainty around the future of software more broadly, and the positioning of Adobe specifically in this new GenAI world is bound to further investor uncertainty and anxiety around the shares,” said Morgan Stanley analysts, led by Keith Weiss, in a Friday note. “However, after steering the Adobe ship through rough seas over the past several years, several data points from the most recent quarter suggest the Captain may have brought this franchise into a safe harbor, from which it can continue to thrive.”

Finally, Barclays downgraded the stock to Equal Weight from Overweight and dropped its price target to $275 from $335.

“ADBE reported 1Q26 total NNARR of $400M, which was well below our estimate of $460M and consensus expectations of $450M, marking an uncharacteristic miss for the company on the new metric,” said Barclays analysts Saket Kalia and Joseph Pilleteri in a note. “The main reason for this was roughly a $70M shortfall in Adobe Stock, which is a subscription offering for customers to access stock images/video to use in their creative processes as more customers are relying on Generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly for text-to-image content.”

Competitor Figma (FIG) was down slightly during early market action on Friday.

Here are some of Friday’s biggest stock movers:

Biggest stock gainers

Eastman Kodak (KODK) +8% – Shares surged after the company reported Q4 revenue of $290M, up 9% Y/Y, while gross profit jumped 31% to $67M despite a challenging global environment. Growth was supported by the Advanced Materials & Chemicals (AM&C) segment, where revenue increased 25% Y/Y to $85M. Operational EBITDA climbed to $22M, up $13M, or 144%, from a year earlier, driven by stronger pricing and higher volumes. Management also highlighted that the company has cut more than $200M in operating expenses over the last few years, shifting its focus from deleveraging and pension settlement earlier in the year to growth initiatives, new product launches, and market expansion, positioning Kodak for future growth.

Constellium SE (CSTM) +5% – Shares rose after the company authorized a new share repurchase program of up to $300M. The buyback plan will take effect following the company’s annual general meeting on May 21, 2026, replacing the previous program approved in February 2024. The authorization will run through December 31, 2028, and the company said shares may be repurchased through open-market transactions or privately negotiated deals.

Biggest stock losers

Adobe (ADBE) -8% – Shares slid despite the company beating Q1 expectations. Revenue rose 12% Y/Y to $6.4B, topping the $6.28B consensus, while remaining performance obligations increased 13% to $22.22B, above estimates. Subscription revenue climbed 13% to $6.2B, also exceeding forecasts. Looking ahead, Adobe expects Q2 revenue of $6.43B–$6.48B (midpoint $6.46B) vs. the $6.43B consensus, with adjusted EPS of $5.80–$5.85, above the $5.68 estimate, and GAAP EPS of $4.35–$4.40. The company also announced that Shantanu Narayen plans to step down as CEO after 18 years while remaining chair of the board, adding a leadership transition element to the update, which may impact the company’s strategic direction and investor confidence moving forward.

Ulta Beauty (ULTA) -8% – Shares slipped after the company reported strong Q4 sales growth but missed on profits and issued softer FY2026 guidance. Net sales rose 11.8% Y/Y to $3.9B, topping the $3.82B consensus, while comparable sales increased 5.8%, well above 1.5% in Q4 2024 and the 4.25% estimate, supported by the Beauty Unleashed strategy and the Space NK acquisition. Looking ahead, Ulta expects FY2026 net sales growth of 6%–7%, implying $13.14B–$13.27B, slightly above estimates, but guided comparable sales growth to 2.5%–3.5% (midpoint 3%), below the 3.47% consensus, and EPS of $28.05–$28.55 (midpoint $28.30), also under the $28.58 estimate, which weighed on investor sentiment.

SentinelOne (S) -5% – Shares declined despite the company reporting a Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.07, beating estimates by $0.01, while revenue rose 20.2% Y/Y to $271.15M, roughly in line with expectations. For Q1 FY2027, SentinelOne expects revenue of $276M–$278M vs. the $277.08M consensus, non-GAAP operating income of $4M–$6M, and diluted EPS of $0.01–$0.02, below the $0.05 consensus. For FY2027, the company forecasts revenue of $1.195B–$1.205B, around $1.20B consensus; non-GAAP operating income of $110M–$120M; and EPS of $0.32–$0.38, compared with $0.30 consensus.

Now here are three things to focus on Thursday:

On the economic side, investors will expect initial jobless claims data. Consensus estimates the number to be around 215,000. Last week, claims decreased by 4,750 to 213,000, according to the U.S. Department of Labor. Also, the advance seasonally adjusted insured unemployment rate was 1.2% for the week ended Feb. 21.

The International Energy Agency (or IEA) confirmed an agreement to release 400M barrels of oil available from its members’ emergency reserves. This is the largest volume of emergency oil reserves in its history and exceeds the 182M barrels released in 2022 in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Oil prices are expected to decline. For now, WTI and Brend (CL1:COM), (CO1:COM) continue to be $88 and $92 per barrel, respectively.

Wall Street expects the Photoshop maker to post EPS of $5.87, implying a rise of 15.6%, while revenue is set to rise 10% to $6.28 billion during the quarter.

Along with strong demand for Adobe’s usual design and Photoshop tools, the company’s push into AI has helped it to attract more customers. The company, during its fourth quarter results, said its total new AI-influenced ARR now exceeds 1/3 of its overall book of business.

Last year, Adobe acquired software company Semrush in an all-cash deal worth $1.9B to delve deeper into the ad market using the company’s generative AI expertise.

Adobe, in December, forecast fiscal 2026 revenue and profit above Wall Street expectations. Over the last two years, Adobe has beaten both revenue and EPS estimates 100% of the time.

Seeking Alpha analysts and Wall Street are bullish and rated the stock a Buy. In contrast, Seeking Alpha’s Quant rating consider it a Hold.

Seeking Alpha analyst Luca Socci said during its current quarter Adobe will need to address “AI-disruption fears” and that investors will need to be reassured that total ARR keeps growing above 10%.

“To avoid a deep post-1Q selloff, ADBE must demonstrate competitive agentic AI integration and raise both revenue and EPS guidance in the upcoming earnings,” said Seeking Alpha analyst Johnny Zhang, adding that “as long as its FY2026 outlook doesn’t fall below the current market consensus, ADBE is a strong buy.”

Meanwhile, Citi analysts cut PT on the stock to $315 from $387, saying it expects Q1 metrics to slightly exceed guidance and see minimal upside revisions to the FY26 outlook.

“We remain Neutral-rated on ADBE into FQ1 earnings where we expect a continued focus on leveraging the freemium funnel/expanding new users to increase monetization as we look for signs of ramping Firefly adoption/monetization,” analyst Tyler Radke said.

Over the last three months, EPS estimates have seen 25 upward revisions, compared to the one downward revisions. Revenue estimates have seen 19 upward revisions versus three downward moves.

The stock has lost over 20% so far this year, compared to the 0.9% fall in the broader S&P 500 Index.

“We remain Neutral-rated on ADBE into FQ1 earnings where we expect a continued focus on leveraging the freemium funnel/expanding new users to increase monetization as we look for signs of ramping Firefly adoption/monetization,” analyst Tyler Radke wrote in a note to clients. “For the print, investors will likely be focused on new topline metrics of total ADBE ARR, BP&C revenue and C&M revenue and watching closely for any early signs of growth acceleration. We believe [operating] margins revisions will also be in focus, as investors eye GM pressure from 3P models and ongoing investments. We expect metrics to slightly exceed guidance and see minimal upside revisions to the FY26 outlook.”

Radke lowered his price target on Adobe to $315 from $387.

Delving deeper, Radke said login traffic to Adobe remained “stable” in the first-quarter, with mid-to-high teen growth. However, that may be coming from customers coming at lower price points, via Express, Firefly or the company’s freemium apps. He also pointed to heavy discounting in late January and February, when Creative Cloud Pro was marked down 40% for individuals ($41.99 per month) and teams ($59.99 per month) for first-time users. First-time students and teachers saw an 80% discount, at $12.49 per month.
