Bollinger Innovations to move stock listing from Nasdaq to OTC Markets

Bollinger Innovations (NASDAQ:BINI) will transition its stock listing to the OTCID market, part of the broader OTC Markets, effective October 13, 2025.
The company will retain its ticker symbol “BINI” and continue to meet SEC reporting requirements.
The move comes after non-compliance with Nasdaq, which requires a minimum market value of $35M.
Bollinger voluntarily withdrew from the Nasdaq hearings process and opted for a cost-effective, flexible listing on OTC Markets.
Bollinger aims to reduce regulatory costs and redirect resources toward expanding its commercial electric vehicle business. The company is considering upgrades within OTC Markets tiers and may also seek an international listing, including on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM.

Bollinger Innovations announces 1-for-250 reverse stock split

Bollinger Innovations (NASDAQ:BINI) on Thursday said it will effect a 1-for-250 reverse stock split of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share.
The common stock will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the existing BINI symbol and will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens on Sept. 22, 2025.
This will be the last reverse stock split Bollinger Innovations initiates for the next three years.
The reverse stock split is primarily intended to bring the company into compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for maintaining its Nasdaq listing.
BINI -1.79% premarket to $0.0603.

Bollinger Innovations strengthens balance sheet by eliminating warrants, $25.3M of convertible notes

Bollinger Innovations (BINI) announced on Tuesday that the company has eliminated all warrants and $25.3 million of convertible notes, strengthening its balance sheet.
The company entered into agreements with existing note holders to exchange convertible notes and warrants into newly created preferred stock.
“We have improved the Company’s financial position with the elimination of all warrants and $25.3 million of convertible notes,” said David Michery, CEO and chairman of Bollinger Innovations. “Our key investors continue to support us financially and by their willingness to eliminate debt and all warrants to improve our capital structure.”
BINI is -8.04% to $0.0594.

Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ:MULN) will rebrand as Bollinger Innovations and expects to update its ticker symbol before August 15, 2025.
The move consolidates Mullen and Bollinger Motors operations, focusing on Class 1, 3, and 4 commercial EVs under a unified Bollinger brand.
Commercial operations will relocate to Oak Park, Michigan, and sales, marketing, and service teams will be merged.
Since January 2025, Mullen has eliminated 155 positions and reduced operating expenses by at least $35M annually.
The company anticipates significant sales orders this fiscal quarter and aims to become cash flow positive.

Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ:MULN) will begin accepting cryptocurrency for purchase of its electric vehicles, an announcement that jolted shares higher in early Wednesday trading.
The company will accept Bitcoin and the $TRUMP meme coin for the purchase of the Mullen cargo van, delivery trucks and Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab.
“The increasing acceptance of cryptocurrency as a form of payment expands Mullen’s ability to deliver its product to a broader audience at the commercial and consumer levels,” said David Michery, CEO and chairman of Mullen Automotive.
Shares were launched more than 30% higher before the open before retreating to a 4% gain, currently.

Mullen Automotive finalizes settlement with GEM Group; shares up

Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ:MULN) an electric vehicle manufacturer, along with GEM Yield Bahamas and GEM Global Yield LLC SCS, on Tuesday said that they have finalized a settlement resolving all outstanding legal disputes between the parties.

As part of the settlement, Mullen has transferred full, unencumbered ownership of its manufacturing facility located at 12900 McKinley Highway in Mishawaka, Indiana, to GEM.

The transfer satisfies a federal court judgment in GEM’s favor. This settlement will resolve all related claims without further litigation and enables the company to focus on forward-looking operational priorities.

GEM’s acquisition of the facility was executed as part of a comprehensive legal resolution. All pending enforcement and post-judgment proceedings between the company and GEM will be withdrawn with prejudice.

Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ:MULN) shares are up nearly 7% in premarket trading.
