“The Department of War is planning to phase out Anthropic; currently, it’s not phased out,” Karp told CNBC on Thursday. “Our products are integrated with Anthropic, and in the future, it will probably be integrated with other large language models.”

Earlier this month, the Trump administration ordered government agencies and contractors to phase out use of Anthropic products, deeming the company a “supply chain risk” after it failed to come to an agreement with the Pentagon over the use of its technology. Anthropic has since sued to have the designation overturned.

CNBC noted that despite the designation, the Pentagon has been using Anthropic’s Claude models in military operations against Iran.

Anthropic is backed by Amazon (AMZN) and Alphabet (GOOG) (GOOGL).

The companies said the Palantir AI OS Reference Architecture, or AIOS-RA, delivers a complete, production-ready AI infrastructure. It is based on Nvidia’s Enterprise Reference Architectures, tested and qualified to run Palantir’s complete software suite — including Artificial Intelligence Platform, or AIP, Foundry, Apollo, Rubix, and AIP Hub.

The architecture combines several things, including Nvidia’s AI Infrastructure, as it runs on Blackwell Ultra systems and Nvidia’s Spectrum-X Ethernet networking for AI training and inference. The framework also includes Palantir Compute Infrastructure, AIP Platform, and Nvidia’s software.

The companies said that the architecture is mainly critical for customers with existing GPU infrastructure, latency-sensitive workflows, data sovereignty requirements, and high geographic distribution. The Sovereign AI architecture allows enterprises total control over their data, AI models, and applications.

Palantir (PLTR) and TWG AI will assist Polymarket in detecting, preventing, and reporting suspicious trading activity, Bloomberg reported, citing sources. The system will also screen participants against lists of individuals already banned from sports betting, the people said.

The monitoring tools are expected to be deployed on a U.S.-regulated platform that Polymarket is developing, one source said. The company’s main trading platform operates offshore and does not allow U.S.-based users.

Polymarket (POLYMAKET) has also been working with compliance firm Integrity Compliance 360 to flag unusual betting patterns in sports and gaming, people said.

Trading volumes at Polymarket and rival Kalshi have surged over the past year, fueled largely by sports-related contracts. The rapid growth has also raised concerns about how the platforms detect insider trading across markets tied to sports, elections, and geopolitical events.

Kalshi (KALSHI), meanwhile, has taken a more public stance on enforcement. The platform recently referred two insider-trading cases to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and formed a committee that will publish quarterly data on flagged trades and investigations.

Prediction markets have faced additional scrutiny in recent weeks over contracts tied to developments in Iran, where users placed bets on potential outcomes linked to the country’s leadership.
