- Palantir Technologies (NYSE:PLTR) on Tuesday filed a prospectus related to the offer and sale of securities.
- “We or selling securityholders may offer or sell Class A common stock, preferred stock, depositary shares, debt securities, warrants, subscription rights, purchase contracts and units in one or more offerings and in any combination,” the company said in the filing.
- Shares of the software firm were up over 8% premarket on Tuesday amid the company’s stellar Q2 results
