- JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) will redeem all 225,000 outstanding shares of its fixed-to-floating-non-cumulative preferred stock, series FF, for $2.25B, the company said on Wednesday.
- The shares of series FF preferred are represented by 2.25M depositary shares.
- The redemption price per share will be $10,000 per share of series FF preferred, equivalent to $1,000 per depositary share.
- Payment will be made on the redemption date of Aug. 1, 2024.
