- Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang sold $27.6M in company shares in a series of transactions on Aug. 30 and Sept. 3, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
- The transactions were related to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted in March 2024.
- The shares sold ranged in price from $107.30 to $120.99.
- Huang sold about $61M in shares in July and another $169M during the last week of June, according to SEC filings.
- Huang still holds more than 76M shares in the company.
