Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) said Tuesday that it has agreed to buy Zoomin, a leading data management provider for unstructured data.
No financial details were disclosed.
Zoomin, founded in 2007, is one of the longest-established startups in Israel’s market. Zoomin has been a Salesforce AppExchange partner since 2018 and a Salesforce Ventures portfolio company since 2019.
The deal will integrate Zoomin’s technology with Salesforce’s Data Cloud, enhancing AI capabilities and enabling more personalized customer interactions.
This marks Salesforce’s second major acquisition in Israel this month, following its recent purchase of Israeli company Own for approximately $1.9 billion.
This transaction does not result in any change to Salesforce’s current financial guidance previously provided in August 2024, it said in a statement.
Salesforce said the deal is expected to close during the fourth quarter of the company’s fiscal 2025 year, which ends in January 2025.
