- Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) said Tuesday that it has agreed to buy Zoomin, a leading data management provider for unstructured data.
- No financial details were disclosed.
- Zoomin, founded in 2007, is one of the longest-established startups in Israel’s market. Zoomin has been a Salesforce AppExchange partner since 2018 and a Salesforce Ventures portfolio company since 2019.
- The deal will integrate Zoomin’s technology with Salesforce’s Data Cloud, enhancing AI capabilities and enabling more personalized customer interactions.
- This marks Salesforce’s second major acquisition in Israel this month, following its recent purchase of Israeli company Own for approximately $1.9 billion.
- This transaction does not result in any change to Salesforce’s current financial guidance previously provided in August 2024, it said in a statement.
- Salesforce said the deal is expected to close during the fourth quarter of the company’s fiscal 2025 year, which ends in January 2025.
