Visa to acquire AI payments protection technology developer Featurespace

Digital payments company Visa (NYSE:V) said on Thursday that it is set to acquire the AI payments protection technology developer, Featurespace.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Visa’s portfolio of fraud detection and risk-scoring solutions.
The transaction is expected to close in 2025.
V shares were trading +0.71% Thursday pre-market at $271.55.
