Teladoc Health (NYSE:TDOC) said COO Michael Waters has resigned, effective Dec. 31.
TDOC shares were trading -0.23% Tuesday post-market at $8.84.
The COO “resigned with good reason under his executive employment agreement with the Company in connection with a change in the Company’s executive reporting structure”.
