Suncor prices tender offers for certain outstanding series of notes

- Suncor Energy (TSX:SU:CA) announced the total consideration payable in connection with its previously announced tender offers to purchase for cash up to C$1B principal amount of its 6.50% Notes due 2038 and 6.80% Notes due 2038 and up to C$1B of its 3.10% Series 6 Medium Term Notes due 2029, among others.
- The Total Consideration for each series of Notes is inclusive of the applicable early tender payment, being the amount in cash equal to US$30 and C$30 per US$1,000 and C$1,000, respectively.
