JPMorgan Chase elects former Intuit CEO Brad Smith to its board
- Brad D. Smith, president of Marshall University and former CEO of Intuit (INTU), will join the JPMorgan Chase’s (JPM) board as of Jan. 21, 2025, the company said on Thursday.
- Smith became Marshall University’s president in January 2022. Before that, he served as Intuit’s CEO for 11 years. He has also served as the company’s chair and executive chair and held leadership positions at ADP (ADP), PepsiCo (PEP), 7UP and ADVO.
- “His extensive experience in transformational leadership and his commitment to communities and expanding access to education will add tremendous value to our company,” said JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon.
