- Boeing (NYSE:BA) appointed Doug Ackerman as the aviation company’s next senior vice president of quality for its commercial aircraft unit, succeeding Elizabeth Lund as she retires next month.
- Lund had planned to retire this year after more than 33 years at Boeing (BA), Chief Operating Officer Stephanie Pope said in a message to employees. Lund was named SVP for quality in February
- Ackerman’s most recent job was vice president of supply chain and fabrication quality.
