Alibaba to integrate e-commerce platforms into one business group

Alibaba’s (NYSE:BABA) e-commerce platforms, including Taobao and Tmall Group, Alibaba International Digital Commerce to be integrated under a single business unit to be called the Alibaba Ecommerce Business Group, the company said in a filing on Thursday.

It marks the first time the
