Elon Musk sued by SEC over delayed disclosures of Twitter stock purchases

The SEC is suing Elon Musk over allegations the Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) CEO and close advisor to President-elect Donald Trump failed to disclose in the required time period significant purchases of Twitter stock in 2022.

The agency’s lawsuit alleges that as
