Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing’s (NYSE:TSM) Chairman and CEO C.C. Wei said that the company’s new U.S. facility is not likely to receive the latest chip technology before facilities in Taiwan because of compliance issues, domestic construction rules and several permit requirements, Reuters reported.
