Defense-and-space firm Voyager Technologies confidentially filed for an initial public offering in the US, which could value the company at between $2 billion and $3 billion.

An IPO could occur later this year and Morgan Stanley and Latham & Watkins have been chosen to lead the offering, according to a WSJ report on Tuesday, which cited people familiar with the matter.

Denver-based Voyager, which was founded in 2019, is among private firms developing a commercial space station with NASA funding.

In June, Palantir Technologies (PLTR) announced a strategic AI partnership with space exploration firm Voyager.
