2U stock craters after raising going concern doubts; Goldman Sachs drops coverage

Shares of 2U (NASDAQ:TWOU) cratered 42% on Tuesday after the online learning platform warned of substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.

The Lanham, Maryland-based firm’s fourth-quarter results missed market estimates, and it forecasted first-quarter revenue outlook below expectations.
