2U appoints Lalljie as its CEO as Paucek steps down from the role

2U (NASDAQ:TWOU) said it has appointed its current CFO Paul Lalljie, to succeed Christopher Paucek as its CEO, effective immediately.
Chief legal officer Matt Norden will also assume the role of CFO.
Paucek will remain an employee of the company through Dec. 15, at which time he will transition to special advisor.
