Exxon Mobil’s (NYSE:XOM) exploration well off the coast of Cyprus has been deemed non-commercial in a blow to the country’s effort to develop offshore gas resources, the Cyprus Energy Ministry said Monday.
Exxon (NYSE:XOM) began drilling the Elektra-1 well in
