GameStop’s Ryan Cohen to face a lawsuit over his Bed Bath & Beyond trades

GameStop (NYSE:GME) CEO Ryan Cohen will face a lawsuit by the company once known as Bed Bath & Beyond after a ruling by a federal judge.

Bed Bath & Beyond is looking to recover $47.2 million of profit from Cohen for trading
