Detroit automakers warn that the UK trade deal will hurt the U.S. auto industry

The American Automotive Policy Council blasted the Trump administration’s United Kingdom trade announcement, warning on Friday that it will harm U.S. automakers.

“The U.S. automotive industry is highly integrated with Canada and Mexico; the same is not true for the U.S. and UK. We
