General Motors (NYSE:GM) is urging lawmakers to block California’s ambitious zero-emissions vehicle mandate, signaling a sharp shift in its stance as U.S. electric vehicle demand cools, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday.
In a message sent to thousands of employees
