F1 x Disney (Disney, Formula 1)
Disney (NYSE:DIS) is partnering with racing league Formula 1 to provide experiences, content, and merchandise globally under a new collaboration, the companies said in a joint statement Tuesday.
The collaboration between the two major brands will begin in 2026. The companies did not disclose the financial terms.
The partnership is expected to expand the league’s reach outside the world of racing sports and into a broader consumer market and boost Disney’s exposure to F1 fans worldwide.
“As we celebrate nearly a century of Mickey Mouse & Friends, our collaboration with Formula 1 offers a unique opportunity to bring two powerhouse entertainment properties together to create products that fans will love. This exciting collaboration will unfold across a global stage, with unforgettable content and experiences tailored for Disney and F1 fans alike,” Disney’s Consumer Products President, Tasia Filippatos, said.
