Executive reshuffles: PARA, BK and STRL

Market watchers, throughout the week, observed several Wall Street executives stepping up for new roles as part of leadership reshuffling.

Meanwhile, some companies such as Paramount, The Bank of New York Mellon and Sterling Infrastructure added new positions to steer growth prospects.

Here are some of the recent management changes that took place during the week:

Paramount (NASDAQ:PARA) CFO Naveen Chopra is leaving the company to take the same position at Roblox, a gaming and creation platform. Andrew Warren, its current Strategic Advisor to the Office of the CEO, will assume the additional role of Executive Vice President, Interim CFO.

The Bank of New York Mellon (NYSE:BK) has announced the appointment of CEO Robin Vince to the additional position of board chairman.

Sterling Infrastructure (NASDAQ:STRL) has announced the appointment of Nicholas Grindstaff to the role of CFO, effective July 10, 2025. Grindstaff is succeeding Ron Ballschmiede as Interim CFO from March 2025.

MidCap Financial Investment (MFIC) has announced that CFO and Treasurer Gregory Hunt intends to step down, effective June 30, and Kenneth Seifert has been appointed to the post.

Texas Roadhouse (TXRH) has announced the departure of CFO Chris Monroe. The company’s board of directors has named Keith Humpich, VP of finance, as interim CFO.

Western Union (WU) has named Vince Tallent as Senior Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific to accelerate the company’s growth and operational excellence across digital, retail, and broader ecosystem initiatives in the region.

Avis Budget Group (CAR) has announced appointment of Daniel Cunha as CFO of on July 1, 2025. Cunha succeeds Izzy Martins.

Spruce Power (SPRU) announced the appointment of Thomas Cimino as interim chief financial officer, effective June 5, 2025.

Symbotic (SYM) said on Monday that it has appointed Izzy Martins as CFO, effective August 9, 2025. Martins will join Symbotic as CFO-designate on July 1, 2025, succeeding Carol Hibbard.
