Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), part of investment banking giant Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS), said Wednesday’s it will liquidate the Goldman Sachs Future Consumer Equity ETF (NYSEARCA:GBUY) and Goldman Sachs Future Planet Equity ETF (NYSEARCA:GSFP), both of which GSAM is the investment advisor.

Effective Wednesday, the two funds will start the process of liquidating portfolio assets and unwinding their affairs gradually over time.

The funds’ shareholders may sell their shares on the NYSE Arca exchange until market close on July 18, 2025, after which point the funds’ shares will be delisted.

Shareholders who continue to hold shares on the funds’ liquidation date, which is expected to be on or about July 25, 2025, will receive a liquidating distribution of cash in the cash portion of their brokerage accounts equal to the amount of the net asset value of their shares.
