IonQ (NYSE:IONQ) has announced the pricing of a $1B equity offering consisting of 14.16M shares of IonQ’s common stock, each at $55.49 per share, and pre-funded warrants to purchase 3.85M shares of IonQ’s common stock, each at $55.49 per pre-funded warrant, as well as seven-year warrants to purchase 36M additional shares of IonQ’s common stock, for no additional consideration, at an exercise price of $99.88 per share.
