Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) disclosed a 1.06M share stake in the hyperscaler CoreWeave (NASDAQ:CRWV), according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
CoreWeave launched its initial public offering in late March at $40 per share. Its stock value has more than tripled since. It struck a record high closing price of $183.58 on June 20, but has retreated some over the past three weeks, including a 9.6% drop on Thursday.
The filing also revealed Cisco owns 9,898 shares of Rubrik (NYSE:RBRK), a cybersecurity company that went public in April 2024. Its shares have more than doubled since its IPO.
Cisco specializes in a wide range of networking solutions, including data center infrastructure and security.
