Circle is offering 2M shares of Class A common stock, and the selling stockholders are offering 8M shares of Class A common stock. On Tuesday, the company had also posted stronger-than-expected Q2 revenue as interest in stablecoins increases.
Brinker International (EAT) rose 7.2% before the opening bell after its fiscal fourth-quarter results beat Wall Street’s estimates, leading the company to set FY26 guidance above expectations. The robust performance was mainly driven by a 24% increase in sales at Chili’s.
Performance Food (PFGC) fell 1.5% in premarket trade after the wholesale food service company topped estimates with its second-quarter earnings report but set guidance below expectations. Sales rose 11.5% on a year-over-year comparison to $16.9 billion in Q2.
Exxon Mobil (XOM) rose 0.2% before the market open as a report suggested that Venezuela’s Foreign Ministry presented a verbal notice to Guyana’s government rejecting the start of operations of the company’s One Guyana floating production storage and offloading vessel.
