Consulting firm Accenture (NYSE:ACN) announced on Tuesday that it has acquired U.S.-based Superdigital, an agency focused on social and influencer marketing.
Superdigital will become a part of Accenture Song in an effort to boost existing client offerings in social marketing, including content, commerce and measurement.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal is Accenture’s second acquisition of the week, as the consulting giant said on Monday it acquired California-based The Highlands Consulting Group.
