Accenture to acquire NeuraFlash to strengthen Salesforce and AI services

Accenture (NYSE:ACN) said on Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire NeuraFlash, a Salesforce and generative AI consulting firm.
The acquisition aims to boost Accenture’s AI-driven agentic capabilities and expand its presence in the mid-market segment.
The deal adds ~510 professionals, 2,000+ Salesforce certifications to Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group, predominately in North America, Colombia and India.
Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, the firm has completed over 1,000 Salesforce implementations.
The firm also brings AWS expertise in deploying gen AI solutions for sales, service, and field operations.
