Apple witnessed its first open-market sale for the first time since May. The following is a list of transactions that occurred between August 25 and August 29.
- Apple’s (AAPL) director Arthur Levinson sold 90,000 shares at $232.07 each, for a total value of about $20.89 million. Following the transaction, he retains ownership of around 4.13M shares.
- Chrysty Esperanza, chief legal officer at Block (NYSE:XYZ), disposed of 3,609 shares at $73.20 apiece for $264,179, decreasing her holdings to 127,212 shares.
- Susan Whaley, chief legal officer & secretary of Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG), let go of 1,000 shares at $156.84 each, worth $156,835, leaving her with 34,913 shares.
- Goldman Sachs (GS) President and COO John Waldron sold 9,000 shares in the range of $748.6 to $751.21 apiece, generating $6.75 million. Waldron now owns 106,268 shares of the company.
- Anne Finucane, director of CVS Health (NYSE:CVS), sold 7,500 shares at $71.02 each for $532,650, reducing her stake to 22,156 shares.
- On the buy side, Medtronic (NYSE:MDT) Director William Jellison purchased 5,000 shares at a price range of $92.37 to $92.73 each, spending $230,925 and bringing his holdings to 5,000 shares.
- Christiana Shi, director of UPS (UPS), acquired 500 shares at $88.17 apiece for $44,084. Her total stake now stands at 500 shares.

- Spencer Rascoff, chief executive officer at Match Group (NASDAQ:MTCH), purchased 13,250 shares at $37.57 apiece, totaling $497,861. He now owns 150,728 shares in the firm.
- MicroStrategy (NASDAQ:MSTR) CEO Phong Le acquired 119 shares at $95.03 each for $11,309. He now holds 32,509 shares in the company.
