Meta (NASDAQ:META) is bringing back local job listings on its Marketplace platform, making it easy for users to search for entry-level, trade, and service industry employment.
Jobs on Facebook is now visible to all adults 18 years and older.
The feature was discontinued in February 2023 as the company shifted to a more monetized strategy to prioritize advertising over free job listings.
Users can filter job listings by category, distance, and job type, including gig work.
In addition to being listed under relevant Facebook groups, users can also search for jobs under a local business’ Facebook page.
Businesses can create a job listing through Marketplace, a Facebook page, or the Meta Business Suite.
