Accenture (NYSE:ACN) has acquired Decho, a U.K.-based technology and AI consultancy specializing in the design, delivery, and scaling of Palantir (PLTR) solutions.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Decho is a Palantir strategic alliance partner with deep expertise in platform deployment, data model design, application engineering, and capability development. The company brings a team of over 40 specialist engineers with expertise across Palantir platforms, including its Foundry and Artificial Intelligence Platform, and will be integrated into Accenture’s Data and AI organization in the U.K.
The acquisition enhances Accenture’s (NYSE:ACN) strategic advisory and advanced engineering capabilities, expanding its ability to deliver Palantir-based solutions to clients across the health, government, defense, and commercial sectors in the U.K. and globally.
