Traditional costs are $65B+, but @boringcompany’s tech could reduce it to <$8B. Let’s build a future together! ” said Kirill Dmitriev, the head of Russia’s sovereign wealth fund, in a series of posts detailing the proposed project on X.

U.S. and Russian officials are expected to meet next week to discuss a possible end to the Ukraine war.
