Stock index futures were higher on Thursday as investors awaited updates regarding the Supreme Court’s decision on the legality of tariffs. Here are four stocks to watch on the day:

Marvell Technology (MRVL) stock was up 8.2% in premarket trade as SoftBank (OTCPK:SFTBF) (OTCPK:SFTBY) reportedly explored a potential takeover of the U.S. chipmaker earlier this year. Datadog (DDOG) shares rose about 16.4% before the opening bell after third-quarter results beat estimates and the company raised its full-year 2025 outlook.
