Boeing (BA) said on Thursday that Tajikistan’s Somon Air has committed to purchase up to 14 airplanes, including up to four 787-9 Dreamliners and up to ten 737-8 jets.
- The agreement marks Somon Air’s first widebody order and its largest commitment to date, aimed at expanding intercontinental routes from Dushanbe and modernizing its all-737 fleet.
- The deal, signed during the C5+1 Summit, will be reflected on Boeing’s Orders & Deliveries website once finalized.
