Salesforce (CRM) announced late on Friday its intent to acquire artificial intelligence startup Spindle AI to help it with its agentic analytics push.
Salesforce shares rose 0.4% in premarket trading on Monday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Salesforce said it expects the transaction to close in the fourth-quarter of fiscal 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
After the deal closes, Spindle AI will become a part of Salesforce’s Agentforce and its Agentforce 360 platform.
