Boeing (BA) defense workers approved the company’s latest contract offer, union officials said Thursday, ending a more than three-month strike that has disrupted production of F-15 fighter jets and other programs.
The ~3,200 members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers’ District 837 have pushed Boeing (BA) for a higher ratification bonus and improved retirement plan contributions; the company revised its offer earlier this week, reducing the overall bonus but increasing the upfront cash incentive to $6,000 from $3,000 in the previous proposal.
Boeing’s (BA) defense unit accounted for ~30% of the company’s $65.5 billion in revenues amassed during the first nine months of 2025.
The union said the workers will begin returning to Boeing (BA) factories on November 16.
