Nine REITs, or real estate investment trusts, announced dividend increases during the month of October 2025, data from S&P Global Market Intelligence showed.
Aforementioned hikes bring the year-to-date number of dividend raises by U.S. REITs to 65 as of October 2025, according to the data.
Below are details of the October dividend increases:
- Kite Realty (KRG) – 7.4% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.29 per share
- Regency Centers (REG) – 7.1% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.755 per share
- Brixmor Property (BRX) – 7.0% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.3075 per share
- Kimco Realty (KIM) – 4.0% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.26 per share
- NexPoint Residential Trust (NXRT) – 3.9% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.53 per share
- LXP Industrial Trust (LXP) – 3.7% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.14 per share
- Getty Realty (GTY) – 3.2% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.485 per share
- Agree Realty (ADC) – 2.3% increase in monthly dividend to $0.262 per share
- Community Healthcare Trust (CHCT) – 0.5% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.475 per share
