Amazon Web Services (AMZN) revealed an array of new or expanded partnerships with a wide variety of industries during the kick-off of its annual re:Invent 2025 conference in Las Vegas.
Amazon shares had edged up 0.7% by early afternoon trading.
On Monday, AWS announced new partnerships with CrowdStrike (CRWD), BlackRock (BLK), S&P Global (SPGI), Trane Technologies (TT), Visa (V) and others.
The cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike will deliver an enhanced version of SaaS Quick Launch in AWS Marketplace for Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, combining automated configuration with new pay-as-you-go access. It is intended to streamline deployment and lower costs for AWS customers.
“CrowdStrike and AWS are transforming how security is delivered in the cloud,” said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike. “Together, we’re removing friction so customers can innovate fearlessly, accelerate outcomes, and stop breaches faster.”
AWS is also bringing BlackRock’s (BLK) Aladdin to its cloud customers. Aladdin is an investment management technology platform.
“The Aladdin platform is built to be multi-cloud, and Aladdin on AWS is a key step in enabling multi-cloud functionality,” said Sudhir Nair, Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Aladdin at BlackRock. “By expanding Aladdin to AWS, we are giving clients more choice in where and how they deploy their technology ecosystem.”
S&P Global also announced new integrations with AWS to enable customers to use AI agents to ask complex market, financial and energy-related questions through two new Model Context Protocol server integrations.
“Bringing S&P Global’s data to Amazon Quick Suite enables financial professionals to harness the power of agentic AI and trusted market, financial, and energy intelligence directly in their workflows,” said Scott Mullins, Managing Director of Worldwide Financial Services at AWS.
Amazon also revealed a new partnership with Trane Technologies to help improve the energy efficiency of more than 30 Amazon Grocery fulfillment centers by 15%.
“Together, we’re not only transforming these fulfillment centers but also driving meaningful progress towards Amazon’s business objectives and bold sustainability goals,” said Riaz Raihan, SVP and Chief Digital Officer of Trane Technologies.
Finally, AWS announced a collaboration with Visa to empower developers and enterprises building towards agentic commerce by listing the Visa Intelligence Commerce platform in the AWS Marketplace. Visa Intelligent Commerce is designed to enable AI agents to transact securely and autonomously on behalf of users. An example includes asking an AI agent to buy tickets to a sporting event if they drop to a certain price point.

Throughout the week, other keynote topics include “The Future of Agentic AI is Here,” “The Partnership Advantage,” “Infrastructure Innovations,” and a closing keynote with Werner Vogels, the chief technology officer of Amazon.
