S&P Dow Jones Indices said on Tuesday that UiPath (PATH) will replace Synovus Financial (SNV) in the S&P MidCap 400, effective January 2, 2026, following Synovus’s pending acquisition by Pinnacle Financial Partners (PNFP).
Versant Media Group (VSNT) will replace Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN) in the S&P SmallCap 600, effective January 6, 2026, after its spin-off from Comcast (CMCSA), which will remain in the S&P 500.
