AbbVie (ABBV) said it’s not in talks to buy Revolution Medicines (RVMD). Shares of Revolution Medicines sunk 14% in after-hours trading.
“AbbVie is not in discussions with RevMed,” a spokesperson for AbbVie said in a statement, according to Bloomberg.
The denial comes after the Wall Street Journal earlier Wednesday reported that AbbVie (ABBV) was in “advanced talks” to acquire Revolution Medicines (RVMD).
