- Earnings watch – Notable companies due to report include Apollo Asset Management (APO), On Semiconductor (ON) and Loews (L).
- IPO watch – AGI (AGBK), Arko Petroleum (APC), and Clear Street Group (CLRS) are expected to price their IPOs and begin to trade. The IPO lockup period expires for blocks of shares of Bullish (BLSH), Nasus Pharma (NSRX), and Magnitude International (MAGH).
- Dividend watch – Companies that have an ex-dividend date coming next week include Apple (AAPL), Las Vegas Sands (LVS), IBM (IBM), and Eli Lilly (LLY).
- All day – The spinoff of Becton, Dickinson and Company’s (BDX) biosciences & diagnostic solutions business and merger with Water Corporation (WAT) will become effective after the close.
- All day – Sports betting stocks DraftKings (DKNG) and FanDuel (FLUT) will be on watch as analysts digest the impact of the Super Bowl results on Q1 hold rates. The House has seen disappointing results vs. the betting public in the last two Super Bowls.
Tuesday – February 10
- Earnings watch – Notable companies due to report include Coca-Cola (KO), Gilead Sciences (GILD), S&P Global (SPGI), BP (BP), Marriott International (MAR), Cloudflare (NET), Lyft (LYFT), and Ford Motor (F). Options trading implies a double digit swing in share price for Astera Labs (ALAB) and Robinhood Markets (HOOD) after they report.
- All day – PACCAR (PCAR) will hold an Analyst Day event with research analysts and institutional shareholders.
- All day – The three-day CoinDesk Consensus Hong Kong event will kick off.
- All day – The EIA will publish its Short-Term Energy Outlook.
- 8:00 a.m. Bank of America (BAC) CEO Brian Moynihan will appear at the BofA Securities Financial Services Conference.
- 8:15 a.m. CorMedix (CRMD) will hold an Investor Day event in New York City. The company will share background and updates across its portfolio and pipeline and outline key growth drivers and upcoming milestones.
- 8:30 a.m. The January Retail Sales report is expected to be released by the U.S. Census Bureau.
- 8:50 a.m. Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) CFO Mike Santomassimo will present at the UBS Financial Services Conference.
Wednesday – February 11
- Earnings watch – Notable companies due to report include Cisco (CSCO), McDonald’s (MCD), T-Mobile US (TMUS), Shopify (SHOP), Applovin (APP), Hilton Worldwide (HLT), and Kraft Heinz (KHC). Options trading implies a double-digit swing in share price for Vertex (VRT) and QuantumScape (QS) after they report.
- All day – FedEx (FDX) will hold an Investor Day event to lay out multiyear strategy and financial targets. Analysts note that the event has extra significance due to the upcoming separation of the freight business.
- All day – Alimentation Couche-Tard (ATD:CA) will issue its 2026 business strategy update.
- All day – New York Fashion Week will kick off. Ralph Lauren (RL), PVH’s (PVH) Calvin Klein, Coach (TPR), and Michael Kors (CPRI) are some brands holding events.
- 8:30 a.m. The delayed January jobs report will be released. Economists expect 50K job additions for the month and for the unemployment rate to remain at 4.4%
- 9:40 a.m. Incoming Citigroup (C) CFO Gonzalo Luchetti will present at the Bank of America Securities Financial Services Conference.
- Postmarket – McDonald’s (MCD) will hold its earnings conference call. Analysts will be looking to see if any sales momentum is led by pricing or traffic gains. Updates on menu innovation will also be closely watched. Yum! Brands (YUM) is the restaurant stock that correlates the tightest to McDonald’s, while supplier Lamb Weston (LW) trades in tandem with McDonald’s (MCD) 75% of the time after earnings.
Thursday – February 12
- Earnings watch – Notable companies due to report include Applied Materials (AMAT), Arista Networks (ANET), Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD), Coinbase Global (COIN), Expedia (EXPE), Wynn Resorts (WYNN), and Airbnb (ABNB). Options trading implies a double-digit swing in share price for Pinterest (PINS), Twilio (TWLO), and Rivian Automotive (RIVN) after they report.

- All day – The New York Toy Fair will take place over the weekend. Leading brands such as Hasbro (HAS), Mattel (MAT), Spin Master (TOY:CA), and Jakks Pacific (JAKK) will unveil their 2026 product lines and highlight new licensing partnerships tied to blockbuster entertainment releases.
- All day- It is the one-year anniversary of the SailPoint (SAIL) IPO.
- 8:30 a.m. The Consumer Price Index report for December will be released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Economists expect the core inflation rate to be 2.6%.
