Accenture (NYSE:ACN) has reached an agreement to acquire CyberCX, a major cybersecurity services provider with a strong presence in Australia and New Zealand, for an undisclosed sum.
This strategic move, which marks Accenture’s largest-ever cybersecurity deal, will enhance its cybersecurity capabilities and the company’s ability to help clients build business resilience, protect critical infrastructure, and manage secure digital transformations in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
CyberCX, founded in Melbourne in 2019, is a leading Asia Pacific cybersecurity firm with 1,400 professionals, offering comprehensive services and innovative AI solutions across multiple regions.
CyberCX has advanced security centers in Australia and New Zealand, plus offices in London and New York. It also provides AI-driven platforms for detection, secure cloud services, and training through CyberCX Academy.
