Accenture’s (NYSE:ACN) deal to acquire German healthcare management consultancy firm consus.health is likely to boost the former’s health strategy business, investment firm Baird said.
“We believe the acquisition could add [less than] 0.1% to annualized revenue,” Baird analyst David Koning wrote in an investor note. Koning, who has a Neutral rating and $345 price target on Accenture, added that the company is likely to “enhance Accenture’s ability to help healthcare providers and hospitals across Germany, Austria and Switzerland improve their quality of care.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but given previously announced acquisitions, Accenture’s revenue could rise roughly 3.4% in fiscal 2025 and roughly 3.5% in fiscal 2025, Koning added.
