Accenture to acquire Germany-based Staufen

Strategy and consulting services provider Accenture (NYSE:ACN) announced on Friday the acquisition of Germany-based management consulting firm Staufen AG.
ACN shares were trading -0.08% pre-market at $387.03.
The acquisition is expected to help Accenture achieve operational excellence and competitiveness in the manufacturing and supply chains.
