- Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Completion is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
- Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Verum Partners specializes in identifying and eliminating inefficiencies across the lifecycle of clients’ infrastructure and capital projects, from feasibility to engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
- It has more than 180 employees, who will join Accenture’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice.
