Affirm Holdings (AFRM) stock rose to its highest level in a month on Tuesday after management said it renewed its partnership pact with Amazon (AMZN) for about five more years.
Affirm (AFRM) stock jumped as much as 12% in Tuesday trading, touching $72.96, its highest level since Nov. 13, 2025, on heavy trading of 6.06M shares, exceeding its three-month daily average of 5.93M.
The new Amazon agreement extends through January 2031, largely on terms in line with the current program, Chief Financial Officer Rob O’Hare said during a virtual fireside chat.
At ~1:32 PM ET, Affirm’s (AFRM) gain moderated to +9.0% at $71.56. Amazon (AMZN) stock slipped 0.4% in afternoon trading.
