AI startup Sierra raises $175M in new funding: report

Artificial intelligence startup Sierra is raising $175M in new funding that will value the company at $4.5B, CNBC reported.
The funding round was led by venture capital firm Greenoaks Capital, while other firms, such as ICONIQ and Thrive Capital also participated in the funding, the news outlet added.
Sierra, which helps companies personalize and implement AI agents for customer service, was created by former Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) Chief Executive Officer Bret Taylor.
