Alexander & Baldwin (NYSE:ALEX) announced on Thursday the redevelopment of a portion of its largest industrial asset, Komohana Industrial Park, which increases the gross leasable area by 44% to ~343,000 square feet.
The industrial asset in Kapolei, O’ahu, will see the construction of
